I have a super knowledgeable team that just fills gaps without question without being asked to do so and take initiative. Then I enjoy working with my dynamic exco colleagues because we all understand the bigger picture and do what it takes to move the business forward as well as invest and develop our teams for the journey ahead for the next 100 years and beyond. Bob Martin is a family business and thus still a business nevertheless, but we care about each other and our consumers, in the good and tough times.

I would say the company’s overall reputation drew me in. I have personal grew over the years and I am still growing across different departments.
