In the event you want to return a product, please follow the steps below:
Steps you always need to follow when you want to return a product:
- A return must be submitted in writing by emailing email@example.com or completing the online contact form add customer care link on website here within 7 business days after delivery of products has been made.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- A photo for each of the products that are submitted for a return must be included in the email or attached to the online form.
- Products submitted for a return must be in a sellable condition unless the products were damaged or faulty by the time of delivery.
- Products must always be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable products include the following:
- Medicinal products unless the expiry date precedes the delivery date.
- Any opened and unsealed food and snacks.
All returns must be accompanied with proper documentation indicating the quantity and description of the products collected. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep proof of any returns collected until the refund has been processed.
All refunds are subject to inspection and are to be validated before the refund is processed, which can take up to 10 business days after the returned products were received by us
